Our Story:

A community's well-being is measured by the health of all within it. Sound Mental Health relentlessly champions mental health as an essential component of total wellness - the achievement of physical, mental, social, and economic well-being.  We apply the right combination of services to help people reach their highest potential as individuals and community members.

At Sound Mental Health we are always looking for better ways to leverage resources and partnerships. And we are planning for a future where physical health care and mental health care are treated as one and the same - because they are. Our impact is not always seen, but it's felt in individually strengthened lives, families moved out of crisis, and in our community's safer streets and reduced homelessness.                      Check out our new on-line posters on Recovery
