This is a peer position, meaning that eligible candidates should be current or former consumers of mental health services, who are able to provide support to peers according to the King County Standards for Peer Support Services.

Peer Specialist – SSH (Standard Supportive Housing)
Part time (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 14 hours per week) with no benefits (Tukwila – Pacific Court). Provides full range of residential services to adult clients who have mental illness. Assists consumers in moving towards recovery and becoming as independent as possible. Related AA degree or related experience required. Good communication skills important. WDL with excellent driving record necessary.
Salary = DOQ.

Peer Specialist – Supported Housing / Integrated Services
Three positions, one full time with full benefits (Seattle), two part time (20 hours per week) with partial benefits (Seattle). Works with adult clients who have mental illness and who are homeless. Supports and provides direct therapeutic services. Related AA degree or related experience required. Good communication skills important. WDL with excellent driving record necessary.

Peer Specialist – Adult Community Support
Part time (20 hours per week) with partial benefits (Auburn). Works alongside of professional staff providing living proof that recovery is possible. Provides flexible services that are customized to the needs of the individual and that allow the peer to act as a role model. Related AA degree or related experience required. Good communication skills important. WDL with excellent driving record necessary.
